Children's Bible Time is available every Sunday morning for children ages 3 to 8 years old during the "song before the sermon" until the end of services. Children will participate in enrichment activities and games to learn about Bible stories. It is in ROOM 2. |

The Deaf of the congregation have a Bible Class on Sunday evenings at 6 pm in ROOM 3 and on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm in ROOM 3 |

CAMELBACK LIFELINE:
Men meet for worship service duties in room 23 (room West of baptistery) at 10:20 am each Sunday morning.
Camelback Mountain Toastmasters meet at 6:30 PM tonight.
Children's Bible Time is every Sunday morning for children ages 3 to 8 years old during the "song before the sermon" until the end of services. Children participate in enrichment activities and games about the Bible stories. It is in ROOM 2.
FIRST WEDNESDAY FELLOWSHIP DINNER: This Wednesday, September 1st Serving is from 5:30 to 6:35 PM. The cost is $4 per person or $10 for a family; the meal is free if payment is a hardship. On the menu this week: Chicken Enchiladas - Beans - Chips and Salsa; Pies (back by popular demand!); Tea, Lemonade & Coffee.
MAGI PROJECT: Thank you to everyone who has so generously responded with supplies to fill the Magi boxes. Items may be brought through Wednesday, September 1st. The most needed items are small stuffed toys, bars of soap, combs, band-aids, hard candy and money for shipping. See Carol Herring for information.
American Sign Language (ASL) classes will begin on Sunday, September 5th at 5 pm. (Brian Baell will be out of town that day and has asked someone else to fill in, but will be the regular instructor afterwards.)
Helping Hands for Copper Basin Bible Camp will hold its first meeting this year on Tuesday, September 7th at 7:30 pm at Camelback. New members are needed! For questions please seeDiane Simo or Sue Hoggatt.
Thursday Morning Ladies Bible Class will begin again on September 9th at 9:30 am – lunch will be provided! We look forward to our fall semester study from the book of Deuteronomy – all ladies are always invited to attend every Thursday morning.
September 10-11 is the Fall Women’s Retreat at Copper Basin Bible Camp. The theme is “Apple of His Eye” from Psalm 17:8. See the church lobby bulletin board for more information and registration.
Camelback will be hosting the monthly Area-Wide Singing on Saturday, September 11th beginning at 6:30 pm. Everyone is encouraged to attend!! We also need volunteers to help provide refreshments for after the singing, a new sign-up sheet for that has been placed on the front desk. Thank you!
The Bible Busters Program will kick off again on Sunday, September 12th. Stay tuned for details!!
Sunday, September 26th after evening services will be an “Engagement Party” in honor of Bob Kennedy and Cheryl Bowen. We will have finger foods and cake, and a money tree will be available.
