Activity Calendar

Men meet for worship service duties in room 23 (room West of baptistery) at 10:20 am each Sunday morning.

Camelback Mountain Toastmasters meet at 6:45 PM Monday evenings.

Wednesday Evening Prayer Group meets at 6 PM for a brown-bag social-supper before the 6:30 PM prayer service (except on First Wednesday Dinner dates).  Everyone is cordially invited to come! For questions please see Taylor Henry.

March 29th, is the Thursday Morning Ladies Bible Class at 9:30 AM. This week several ladies will talk about  “Favorite Bible Characters or Verses.”   A “Picnic Food” luncheon will follow the class.  All ladies are invited.

April 1st, there is the next Elders, Deacons and Ministers meeting.  It will be at 4PM at the building.

Wednesday, April 4th, is the PM dinner at the building.

This year’s LTC Convention will be April 6th and 7th at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, 11111 North 7th Street in Phoenix (just south of Thunderbird Blvd in North-Central Phoenix). Saturday, April 14th at 10 AM - Secret Sisters Revealing Party in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring your favorite dish, drinks will be provided. There is a form on the Secret Sister Table – RSVP by Sunday, April 8th and tell us what you are going to bring so we can fill in the gaps. There will be lots of fun for everyone! Sunday, April 15th, is an All Congregational Luncheon and LTC Showcase. Please bring the following: Families with last names A-C Desserts, D-J Salads, J-N Side Dishes, O-Z Main Dish. (If it is convenient, please bring an extra dish of your choice for guests.) Be sure this date is on your calendar because we will be honoring our youth who participated in the LTC Convention, including the awards they received.  The LTC Chorus will perform under the direction of Chris Taylor.

VBS 2012 will be June 2-6 - MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW!  More details will be available later.

Ongoing Classes and Fellowship:

Children’s Bible Time is every Sunday morning for children ages 3 to 8 years old during the “song before the sermon” until the end of services. Children participate in “hands-on” activities and hear Bible stories and enjoy a puppet show.  It is in ROOM 2.

Bible Busters program for children ages 4-10 – Sundays at 5:30 PM.  For questions please see Kristi.

Sign Language Classes will meet on WEDNESDAYS at 6 PM in room 3.  Please contact Kelly for questions.
