“Josh was born and raised on the Navajo Indian Reservation in N.E. Arizona.  His parents were missionaries there for 24 yrs.  Josh met his wife Divine at the University of Denver and they later married in 2000.  Josh and Divine attended Bear Valley Bible Institute of Denver from 2000-2004.    Josh and Divine were missionaries to the Navajo people for 9 years in the same place his parents worked.  Josh worked two years with Bear Valley in helping one of their preaching schools in Cameroon Africa.  Josh and Divine have just moved to Phoenix, AZ to start a new congregation amongst the 130,000 + Native Americans who live there. They have 4 children (Aaliyah -10); (Alyssa – 8); (Alayna – 6); (Josiah – 4).”

 


Ryan Bitikofer, Pulpit MinisterRyan Family

 

Ryan obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Harding University and a Masters Degree from University of Phoenix. He currently preaches full-time at Camelback Church of Christ here in Phoenix, Arizona. Previously he served four years as Associate Minister at Sun Valley Church of Christ and eleven years as a missionary to China. He enjoys gathering inspiration from the scriptures in preparing his weekly pulpit lessons. His Bible based teaching philosophy is to prepare age and life appropriate sermons that can be applied in daily life. Ryan continues to be blessed by Michelle, his wife of eleven years and his two children: Royal (9 years old) and daughter Audrey (7 years old).

Camelback Church of Christ Deaf Ministry worship services are conducted in American Sign Language by a Deaf preacher in an intimate setting. This helps unify those from various backgrounds as one body of Christ. Services are also held by deaf members of the congregation.
