Leadership Training for Christ is on ongoing year-round program of instruction, preparation, and development of youth in local churches in several areas of Christian leadership and service. To celebrate the growth of our youth in their chosen disciplines and to provide a forum for constructive evaluation and critique, an annual convention of churches and participants is held. LTCSW holds its annual convention on Easter weekend.
